(A) Was selected as an Associate Member of ICTP (International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Italy) Trieste for 6 years, 1982-1987.(B)  Was selected as the EEC (European Economic Community) Fellow to visit Paderborn (Germany) for six months in the year 1989.(C)   Has completed four(4) DST, two(2) CSIR and two(2) UGC projects in the last few years.(D) Life member of Indian Physical Society, Indian Association of the Cultivation of science, Calcutta Mathematical Society.
